I have been to Goa twice, one of them during May month with family and friends, first two days we stayed in reputed hotel in Miramar, for a change and to spend some more days in North Goa, we moved to Calangute and stayed there in a reputed hotel for 1 day and enjoy the local areas, attractions, historical places and beaches, then we all finally moved to Sun Village Hotel to stay for one more day which is located on the Arpora, we felt that area is as small hills over.
When we reach Sun village hotel, we felt that it could be at least 4 or 5 star hotel standard, and we heard good things about this hotel for family and friends, so it was one of the favor to be there, we reached reception to book the 2 bedrooms occupancy and we got it on the spot as luckily it was not booked and filled up (here check-in time is 12:00pm) later we came to know that one of the stand by room we got with the help of reception and front office manager without any disappointment - they served welcome drinks for all upon booking the rooms.
However, we just in the room left all the belongings as a safer then become fresh and moved to outside in the afternoon where famous place called Baga beach, it was lunch time too. The free trip made by the hotel based on their booking timing for beaches on their own cabs from morning till early night. It is helpful for all to be in Baga whenever we desire, this hotel staff were really very polite and guided us about the local tourist areas.
The hotel location is very nice and we observed that there are very few hotels and resorts are nearby, also the natural lake, greenery and surroundings really mind relaxing.
This hotel has very nice Swimming pool with daily maintenance which every guest likes. There are two restaurants in the hotel where you can reach and provide your room number to get discount for buffett foods, we need to follow the restaurant timings over there. Also, we can order the food as room service which has little extra charges and it can be booked any time.
Two (2) Bedrooms with hall has 3 seperate aircondition which we feel very chill during May month (summer) in that hotel. The room has dining table, all kitchen cutleries, mixer, stove and other cooking utensiles etc. It is really worth to stay even little expensive room and you can enjoy transportation with nominal fare to all parts of North Goa to visits.
The Hotel is around 1.5 kms from the famous Baga-Calangute beach and 2.5 kms from Anjuna beach. It is really a nice place to stay to enjoy North Goa.

Good: Very relaxing and cool to stay, Ambience, Polite service, Neat and clean, Drinking Water services
Bad: Very far to go and get grocerys if required, there is no nearest moderate hotel and restaurant to have as we desire
