Free workshop on breathing techniques in Goa

The relation between good health and breathing techniques is well known. By improving our breathing techniques, one can attain a healthier and stress free life. This technique was known to ancient Indian saints and rishis who mastered these forms of techniques. These techniques are short and simple and won't require more than 15 minutes every day.

This techniques are being propagated by the Sri Ram Yoga Mandir Trust, Gujarat and will be demonstrated by various free workshops through Rythmic Breathing Club, Goa under the name- "Patanjali's correct breathing technique and corrective breathing exercises for neutralising stress for all ages" in the state of Goa.

The workshops are completely free. However it will be better to book as there are only limited seats available at the various venues.
