USAID will prevent cyber crime in Goa

USAID has planned to launch a new programme named Albanian Cyber-Security Program, it will a complete one year programme cyber security programme in Goa in which Government of Albania's (GoA) will have the power to prevent and respond to various cyber- security incidents in Goa.

Information about USAID

USAID is an Albania's and ICT innovation and director of USAID is Mr. Joseph C. Williams. There are some experts from Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute (SEI) who are going to conduct a complete week-long workshop to help key GoA along with non-governmental institutions to understand various cyber-security models. They will try to make some cyber professionals in Goa.

Future programmes of USAID

In future programmes of USAID, SEI in between September 2011 and March 2012 is going to organize
several more workshops that will built a lot of cyber experts in Goa.
