This is about little kind of Goan music and songs from their Goan tradition and Goan music has three famous verities as follow, first one Ovi Goan music and second one is Mando Goan music and third one is Suvari Goan music also these Goan music’s are famous in different occasion in Goa, what are the music's from Goa


Goa state is also filled up with traditional music's, Goan music's are famous in different occasion in Goa and their detail as below;

Ovi music from Goa


Ovi is a well-liked form of music that is vocal upon weddings by the womenfolk present there. This kind of folk music is sung on a formal procedure in which coconut milk is used in small quantities on the bride and groom as a sign of affluence in terms of substance wealth and family. The ovi songs that are sung typically rotate around the theme of a happy life ahead with a bright future.

Mando music from Goa


One of the large amount and famous forms of traditional Goan music is also known as Mando music. Mando music is generally sung to a dance and it is typically sung in a chorus. Mando is the favored style of music for a wedding party and it is said to have advanced from ballroom dancing that was in trend here from a long time.

Suvari music from Goa


The Suvari is a admired form of folk as well as customary music that forms an vital part of festivals and spiritual occasions. Suvari is on the whole instrumental orchestra that engages a synchronized combination of many tunes set to stylized beats. The instruments are fundamentally traditional in nature like Ghumat, Cymbals, Shamel, Harmonium, etc.
