In this you will know that visitor has to pay fee for Aguada Fort in Goa to enter it and Goa ASI has proposed that entry fee (ticketing) system possible to generate revenue as Aguada Fort is a hotspot amongst local, tourists and filmmakers.

As per the proposal from Archeological Survey of India (ASI) that they are going to plan to introduce tickets at 13th century old and famous Aguada Fort in Goa and the visitors has to pay nominal fees to enter Aguada Fort as it is one of the historical place in Goa.

As the Central government also has an its agency that they have decided to arrange security guards on this Aguada fort for safety precaution, Aguada Fort is one of the tourist's hotspot in Goa thus need more strong maintenance and follow up.

Archeological Survey of India (ASI) Goa

Archeological Survey of India (ASI), Goa Circle stated that the security measures are required "to curb the immoral and anti social activity in the Aguada fort." ASI Director General Dr Gautam Sen Gupta, in Aguada's report, the Goa Circle has proposed that entry fee (ticketing) system possible to generate enough revenue as Aguada Fort is a hotspot amongst local, tourists and filmmakers.
