Goa state Chief Minister Digambar Kamat presented the budget 2011 for Goa state, Goa CM claimed that Goa state Budget for 2011 is not only growth oriented but also inclusive.

Goa state Chief Minister Digambar Kamat was addressing media that the Goa state budget for 2011 here on Thursday - 17th Mar 2011, he explained, interest of all sectors — such as social, quality education, agriculture, various industry is proving in the budget. It is inclusive and growth-oriented.

Goa state CM also stated that his government has well managed to achieve average growth rate of 26%. Also, CM said that wherever possible tax has been imposed and an essential items like LPG gas has been excluded.
