Health is Wealth and Health and Fitness
We don't worry about our health unless we face some issue or abnormal in our physical health, then we realize its importance for a time being but not a permanent one.
To be healthy one needs to concentrate on their do's and don'ts practices;
Do's for Health and Fitness
1. Drink healthy water more than 2 liters per day
2. Use green leafy items at least once in a week
3. Use Vegetable items without fail
4. Use Fruits at least twice in a week
5. Use Low fat Butter items regularly
6. Do consume Mutton or Chicken items once in a week
7. Very important, Use Honey, Fig, Dates and Olive oil whenever possible - All these items are very precious for our health and it avoids many diseases to come human and enrich for our health.
8. Try to have food minimum 3 times and maximum 4 times a day keeping in mind the standard time for food consumption.
9. Do not avoid night time food
10. Do exercise simply
Don'ts for Health and Fitness
1. Do not smoke more than limit a day
2. Do not consume Alcohol much
3. Do not make habit of irregular sleep
4. Do not travel much in the night time
5. Do not consume Fatty items often
6. Do not waste your precious time in watching television programmes or other sources which you have to use it for relaxing or entertaining purpose
7. Using computer during business hours has no issue but try to change a glance often from computer screen.
8. Try to avoid using mobiles continuously.
