This is one more to add in the list of beaches in Goa. Once the Chapora beach was not well known for the visitors, later, the Chapora beach lies amongst some of the most well known places in Goa and that maybe exactly the reason why it has been isolated for such a long time and uncared for by general tourists.

Chapora beach was ignored may be the reason of flanked by other nearest famous beaches like Anjuna, Siolim, Vagator, and the Old Portuguese Fort etc, this Chapora beach grasps its own fascination and beauty with clean and tidy white and golden sea beach also lush green plants of palm groves along the stretch.

Chapora beach is located at a distance of around 10 kms from Mapusa, the Chapora beach has been downgraded to reverse due to its more well-known cousins alongside. However it has made its presence felt and it is possible to see many tourists enjoying the out-of-the-way charm of this beach which also takes care of all logistic requirements through the well preserved hut and cottage restaurants.
