There are so many well known and holy churches in Goa, one of them is the Basilica de Bom Jesus, and it is one of the most important attractions of Goa history. As per history, the Basilica de Bom Jesus was built in around 1605.

The Basilica de Bom Jesus is very famous for shelter the tomb and mortal remains of St Francis Xavier who is considered by Catholics as one of the patron saints of Goa.

The Basilica de Bom Jesus is built during Portuguese colony and in Portuguese style and the architecture is well gripping.
