Jama Masjid in Goa:

There are few mosques in Goa, one of the well known mosques is Jama Mosque / Masjid, it is situated in Sanguem district and it is about 25 kms from Margao, Goa. The Jama Masjid was completely renovated in late 1950; it was built in the last century per history.

Jama Masjid detail:

The new structure is noteworthy for its pleasant-sounding size, stylish and plainness. As other mosque in India, it has also four minarets upon the entrance, front elevation is bordered by two well-designed towers overcome by pillar stands. A dome shaped stands rises in the centre of the minarets.

Muslims festivals are celebrated here with due somberness by the satisfaction followers.
