Assembly in Goa discussed on AC Toilet

Panaji, Goa, 21 July 2010, Goa Assembly discussed on AC Toilet which cost and budgeted for Rs 1.3 Million.
It was little controversy on Goa assembly for subject matter, it will be in surrounding air conitioned toilet being constructed in Goa, Chief Minister Digambar Kamat's constituency in Margao, it has left the ruling party in the assembly.
Upon discussion, opposition legislators and CM discussed subject matter issues surrounding the AC toilet, managed by Sulabh International. CM Kamat said "Margao Garde is to be considered the most prestigious garden in the state."
Opposition leader Manohar Parrikar against the concept statement saying an even more compelling argument like "If anyone enter into an AC toilet, he won't come out of it."
