MARS Telecom Systems Goa has various openings and it requires around 250 executives for the prestigious UIDAI (AADHAAR) project for carrying out UID enrolment process activities in various locations in Goa.
We are looking for Dynamic and energetic individuals with a great passion to perform and interested to play a vital role as part of this gigantic Government of India initiative and also you may kindly walk-in for a group discussion & interview. Optionally you may apply via email per below.
We are looking for and require per below:
Operations / Delivery Head:
Must have excellent leadership quality & independent decision making and strong communication skills. Around 8 to 10 years of experience in managing large field teams, task / target oriented with good MIS reporting skills Experience of working with Government departments / agencies is preferred.
Enrolment Executives: We are looking for candidate who has basic computer skills and it is a must; good keyboard skills & customer service orientation a huge plus.
Technical Executives: Looking out for experience in Hardware / Software trouble shooting, supervising, daily back up and maintenance of data.
Supervisors: Would be able to manage around 8 to 10 member teams, target-driven, quality of the work & ensure MIS compliance.
Trainers: Must be excellent communication skills; previous experience in technical training is desirable.

Generally we are looking out for:
1. Candidate to apply must be at least Intermediate, Graduate (Non-Tech or Tech), Post Graduate – any specialization.
2. Good computer skills, excellent communication skills; process and services orientation
3. Fluency in English, Konkani and Hindi
